They were way off their game yesterday! Ordered my usual at the drive up - Venti ice quad latte.. The agent quoted me a price that was well below the normal. I asked if there had been a price drop...nope, just rang it wrong. Repeated my order, sounded like normal price. Get to window...wait wait wait & its not busy, its like 4pm. Agent takes my $, wait wait wait...agent comes back to window to collect $ ...again...wait wait wait....finally got 'my drink'. Not even close to 'my drink'. Y'all have some probs at this location ud83dude44ud83dude1dud83euddd0

The last couple times I’ve been to this location the staff have been rude. Today the lady working the drive through was the worst. Very unfriendly and when I asked for a pup cup, she sighed and acted like the world was ending. It was took them awhile to make my cold brew drink. Not really sure what this locations issue is. I will be going to the other Starbucks in town. This location won’t be getting my business.

I live near this starbucks and I've never had an issue. I'm always one to be very understanding, but today I felt a review was necessary. I did a mobile order for a doubleshot at10:05 and my estimated pickup was 17-20 minutes. I picked up my drink at 10:30 and it looked like watery milk. For those not aware of what a doubleshot is, it's all espresso with a drop of milk. It's always been a dark brown color. I took a drink and it just tasted like water. Normally with all the espresso, even when it's watered down, you can still taste it because it's so strong. I'm normally one not to take things back, but today I did... The lady I talked to was extremely defensive and rude. She told me that I ordered it at 10:05 and it's water because I left it sitting for 30 minutes. I told her the app said my wait time was 20 so I waited to come get it. She fired back and said I don't have control over the app but if you wouldn't have let it sit for so long it wouldn't be watered down. I tried to explain that even with a watered down doubleshot, it should still taste like coffee, but it was just watered down milk; like there was no coffee in it. She was just beyond rude and said I don't know what to tell you besides your 30 minutes late to pick this up. I mentioned again I showed up when the app told me to. She said I guess I'll make you another drink... Ok, look. I get it. But what good does it do to argue over an app that both of us have no control over? You made the drink early or on time, I showed up when I was told to, and it's not good. No reason to argue if you're going to fix it anyways. Again, I'm usually the one to deal with things and blow them off, but I couldn't drink this. It was really gross. I'm telling myself not to feel bad, but sheesh... At this point I'd rather spend the same money at a local coffee shop than deal with horrible customer service. Besides, doesn't starbucks have a rule that if you don't like it, take it back and they'll remake it for you?...

The woman working the drive through window this morning was incredibly personable and genuine. I didn't think to glance at her name tag but she was a cheery blonde. She took the time to ask me what my plans were for the day. She took the time to make my drive through experience enjoyable and memorable. She wished me luck on moving. She made my day!
