I have been a customer of Target Optical for 1.5 years, as they are one of the few places my vision materials insurance covers. I have been thoroughly impressed with their customer service. Not only were they very helpful with ordering my contacts in person and on the phone, but also handled any issues that came up. I had a bad box of contacts and they replaced it free of charge, and another box that didn’t get delivered because of a shipping error, and they reordered those free of charge for me. I would recommend Target Optical to everyone.
I purchased eyewear in April 2017 and the lense frayed in the corners. The representative at the store said I must have stepped on the glasses because the arms on frame were uneven. The frames were beginning to fall off my face. I purchased target worry free protection and had to pay a 25 dollar copay to replace the one lense. Worry free protection it is not. I have purchased eyewear at Target previously and I still have the old pair in perfect shape. The Target optical in Grand Forks is the worst. I have never had problems with eyewear before. The lenses I purchased are horrible. They smudge horribly and are poor workmanship. Next time I will go to a eyewear store. The customer service when I purchased my eyewear was good. Staff were not helpful and had poor customer service skills when I returned with frayed lenses.
