I am very happy living here in my new home. It's very comfortable, safe and everyone here is very helpful. I love my attached garage!! Thank you for all you do. I'm very satisfied and have told my friends.

This place is really nice and well maintained. Interior is also really nice and plenty of space and you have options of getting a garage and/or storage unit if one is available. My only major complaint is the process of trying to get one. If one is not available you get put on a waitlist which is fine and understandable. And when your name finally comes up you will get a call and can set up an appointment to view and/or get applied. Well apparently if someone randomly walks in before your appointment comes up and decides they want it and puts the required deposit down they get it without even having been on the waitlist or anything. I don’t find that to be right or fair since it’s not like everyone can drop whatever they’re doing to go fill out the application and put down a deposit just so no one off the streets comes and gets it. What is the point of the waitlist then? I feel this policy should be edited and/or least explained to anyone that does inquire about these and gets put on the waitlist! This clearly was not very well explained to my grandmother who had been put on the waitlist and waited 4 months to finally get a call and made an appt for couple days later just to be called the day of the appointment that somebody came in and already rented it out by a random walk in!!

The customer service from the manager and maintenance here are top notch. They treat customers like they are family, and that is why no one ever moves from here, and there is a huge waitlist! The homes have large square footage, and some units have attached garages that enter directly into the home! The community is kept very nicely since new management has taken over. Love it here!

Lived there for 3 years. Very disappointing on how the company treated the renters and the employees.

I have called 3 times left voicemails andnCame during office hours and no one had ever been here. Ummm definitely turned off my interest in being here. No thanks.
