Bob earned the nickname “the go-getter” in our household. He was easy to reach, eager to help, and a wealth of knowledge. Not only did Bob have a pulse on neighborhood dynamics, builder reputations, and home values; he also had a sharp eye for quality workmanship vs. cheap shortcuts.nnWhen I found a home I loved, I felt confident it was a solid investment because Bob clearly cared more about a satisfied client than a quick commission.nnAlthough finding a home and putting in an offer was a smooth process, the absolute game-changer was the Eisenlauer Team’s Transaction Coordinator Annie.nnAnnie scheduled the inspection, compiled the report, and also took the time to provide a concise list of the inspector’s findings. She also sent a weekly “progress report” email that told us where we were in the closing process; highlighting what had been completed and what she was still taking care of for us. I enjoyed this service as a buyer, because I was never scrambling to find an answer or to know a timeline.nnWhen it comes time for me to sell my home, I will also be grateful Annie takes care of the paperwork because that means that “the go-getter” Bob has more time to find a buyer for my house.nnI can’t recommend this team enough!

I have nothing, but great things to say about the Eisenlauer Team. Bob, Lance and Annie were amazing to work with when selling our house. Lance helped us a majority of the time and was professional, knowledgeable and super easy to communicate with. He helped us get the most for our house and we couldn’t be happier. Annie was also amazing as she helped coordinate the the scheduling and final paperwork. If you’re in the Pleasant Hill area and are looking to buy or sell, this is the team you want in your corner.

Bob and the team did a fantastic job assisting my elderly grandparents in selling their lifelong home. He made sure they understood the process from start to finish and was very accommodating and understanding with them. We appreciate their professionalism and personal touch with every step of the way. My Grandmother especially couldn't say enough kind things about Bob and the entire process. She was nervous about involving a realtor in the sale of a home that held a lifetime of memories for them and after we had Bob come talk to her she wished she had involved him from the beginning. The Eisenlauer team was extremely helpful when we bought our house. We already had one we wanted, and they quickly got all the information needed about the house to help us make a good decision. Bob was super quick with any questions I had about the property and the process, and I never felt like I was bothering the team with my concerns. I would highly recommend them to anyone buying a house. I can't speak for selling a house but from my experience I would think they would be a great team for that as well.

So unbelievably impressed with Bob! If my husband and I wanted to look at a house, we were usually able to see it within the day, and so appreciated Bob's knowledge and opinion during our first home buying experience. Even after we had purchased our home and had some flooding issues a couple months later, Bob came out the day we called him to stop by and take a look and see if there was any way he could help out on his end. Not only are we super happy with our home, but the search process was so smooth and easy, and we had a blast getting to work with Bob!. Someday when we're looking to make an upgrade, we will most definitely be giving Bob a call again!
