I wish I could give 0 stars. They are horrible. Lost my doctors license and could not fill my prescription. Was rude and unconcerned. I like one person there. The manager. His staff however is horrible. Don't go here. Go to a local owned. These chains are horrible.

Go somewhere else if you literally have any other option. Horrid service, no organization. HIPPA violations all over the place. Have gotten the wrong prescriptions and mislabeled prescriptions here. There a couple of people who are good but the mess ups by the other staff keep them from effectively running the pharmacy.

when I first started using CVS (Altoona) I had no complaints then slowly my prescriptions I have like 8 different ones started not getting filled together, So more trips to the store one week I was going every other day on average I asked a pharmacist if they would fill all at once (because I live out of town and hard to get there every other day) he said they could but would take 3 months. Third month I get a text saying I had 6 prescriptions ready to be picked up ,, COOL..to get there and they had only one. They have a kind short lady with shoulder length hair who also seems to feel you are there to wait for her instead of her to wait on you. BAD service...Terrible also CVS has a so called rewards program...harder then hell to get the reward...I quit trying like I have quit CVS
