Terribly understaffed and I for the life of me cannot contact my case worker although I've tried every number on their directory and have left to voicemails for 2 other individual caseworkers but do you think any of them answered my phone calls? No. What a joke.

The employees are short and have offered incorrect information each time I have called. They rush to get you off the phone and are dismissive. I finally found an authority to contact, but it was difficult to find someone to hold the employees accountable for their poor service.

I have tried at least half a dozen times to get a hold of my worker at the Pleasant Hill Child Support Recovery office. I wait the 2 business days as it says on her voicemail, but I never hear anything back. I am so disappointed in the services here when there is a severe issue with my case. I would switch offices if I could!
