Vary unorganized, vary rude, and not willing to explain and help when needed. They used my credit card to pay others expenses on accident. I got a ticket for a ucr violation at a scale and new that it was payed. When I approached joy-b about it they were quick to point the finger at me. After time and argument they took blame and fixed the ucr problem but would not pay the ticket I got on their behalf!nA few of there employees are short and snappy. For a firm that is supposed to help better your company and provide you with helpful friendly service I didn't find that.
