After receiving the worst customer service in my life at the Ankeny location I stopped into the location in Altoona. They were very helpful and looked up my account and was able to tell me my warranty did cover the repairs on my ring that the Ankeny location wouldn’t even look at or look up my account! They were also able to order the watch my husband wanted and didn’t even ask for money down they ordered it for us to see it again and try it on and then determine if we want — again the able y store just told us nope we don’t have it! No offers to order it or check other stores or anything! Altoona store was so willing to help me they were wonderful to work with!!

Dont buy from this place, had my watch sent here to get fix for a month and after a month it hasn't been fixed, and they telling me to pay for my watch that I paid

I received terrible customer service here. I customized my engagement ring and when I first received it the diamond had two giant chips in it. I took it in right away and was told it would be taken care of. When I got it back for the second time, the new diamond had three chips in it and no apology was given and they acted like nothing was wrong. I got a full refund and took my money to elsewhere.
