Be careful. I had purchased a few hundred dollars there every month for about 6 months without a problem. This month, though, they sent through 2 prior authorizations to my debit card & tied up double what I actually spent for almost a week.nnI contacted them & they tried telling me it was because of my bank. I actually know the president of my bank because it's small. He deleted the 2nd prior authorization because they saw that it was a recurring purchase & that I'd never had a problem before. They sent through that 2nd authorization again 3 days later & left me stranded out of town as I only transfer what I want to spend, my credit card was sending me a new card so I didn't have that this time & it was after banking hours. I had to borrow money to get home.nnYea, I'll be going elsewhere. Who does that? If I didn't have other options at home, that could REALLY screw someone. That's not okay.

Absolute favorite smoke shop in Grand Forks!! Coming from fargo, where there is twice as many smoke shops then here, it was nice to walk into the Grand Forks Smoke Shop and feel like they have known me for years. The staff is all amazing and friendly and I love that they are willing to answer any questions you may have, even if you're like me and have a million. :) And not only do they answer them, they are knowledgeable in their answers.nI love that they have so many options and flavors to choose from for everything. I also enjoy that they have a snapchat and seem to be pretty consistent in posting to show new products or deals they may have.nThank you for making me feel welcome and like I can keep coming back. Keep up the positive vibes.

Absolutely terrible service. Bought a small smok vape and had it less than a week and the coil went out. Tried to take it back and they wouldnt do anything. Sold me a defective product and they wont replace or refund. What a joke

Best place for tobacco related items. Vast selection of cigarettes. Every employee has been friendly. They carry djarum clove cigarettes, for about $6 for a pack. My only complaint is djarum ivory runs out fast! Also carries lucky strikes unfiltered, great cigarette. Quality has always been great. Always go here for my cigars and cigarettes.
