Pam is wonderful! Always smiling and goes out of her way to make her customers happy.

Very rude and will never go back. Called to say I was running late for my appointment. No problem see you soon. Get there then was refused the service I asked for.. really? I told her before making the appointment there would not be time.. I am actually glad, now I can go somewhere else who will take time and not rush a color job.. but she lost our whole family of business.. shame

Pam is great. If you don't know what you want....... She does!!!!

I definitely don’t recommend the salon for the following reasons where as the owner is good at doing hair she is not good at public relations she doesn’t treat all clients the same. obviously everybody has favorites but she should never belittle any client in front of another nor should she contact them and tell them that she doesn’t want their business anymore simply because they were quiet that day due to a tragedy that happened in their own world just the day before when the client tried to explain to the owner she really could have cared less. so if you want to be treated right and not like a number Then I highly recommend you don’t go here!!nNot to mention there have been times where unorthodox things have gone on there stay clear!!nI’d like to also add that I had in months left on my tanning package for which I had to receipt and a picture of what she wrote in the book next to my name that said January 21 , And I had one a free haircut in the raffle since she decided that she didn’t want me as a customer anymore for absolutely no reason at all other than the fact that I wasn’t friendly because I was crying inside due to my loss that I did try to explain to her about I’m going to reiterate and she didn’t care I got a text three days later from her personal cell number telling me that she didn’t want me as a client anymore because she felt like I was rude to her that day just because I didn’t talk so not only Am I out the month of tanning and out my gift certificate that I one but I’m also out what I thought was one of the nicest people I’ve ever met until that day when all she had to do was sit down and talk to me like an adult I always listen to all of her troubles and all of her woes about everybody that I’ve done her wrong thought the world of Pam but for her to treat somebody that she’s known 10 years like this that’s not right!!!

Pam Is by far the best person to go to town to! herself and her receptionist are friendly and sweet! I started going to Pam 2 Years ago and i wont be going anywhere else anytime soon!!
