Aschei is very professional and does a great job. She always answers the phone and will go out of her way to help. This Storage Mart is above and beyond any storage facility I have ever used.
After dealing with the horrendous Cube Smart up the street I was a little worried about trying another storage company. The young lady Aschlei that helped me, helped put all my worries aside. I would recommend this storage facility to anyone looking for extra space.
The office manager, Aschlei, is first rate. She's attentive, organized, friendly and patient with all my questions. I couldn't ask for more. Storage Mart is lucky to have such a staff member and so are her customers.nnWhile I've never rented a non-climate controlled storage unit, I was a bit surprised to see lots of crickets and even a bee or two on the floor. I was happy that the units weren't drive-up. You must walk into a hallway to get to your unit. I was glad about that. The unit was clean, albeit a bit warm on a high 90s day. Their property is very clean and the gate works perfectly.
This was my first use of StorageMart. Ashlei was wonderful, even got me into the right size unit when I had reserved one that would have been too small. Fast, efficient and clean.
