Big sale. Sales receptionist could have been more out going, try to help suggest items more since she should have recognized that I was a client definitely purchasing. Only one employee that I could tell. I received help from a customer instead of an employee. The environment felt cool and unfriendly. No rudeness, just without appreciation that clients were in the store.
I had to go to Southdale Shopping Center in order to go to job Workforce South West corner. they were extremely helpful as soon as I walked in the door I was worried because there was so many people there. They were able to help us almost immediately and got us right back to looking at jobs. Work force customer service is a hundred times better than it was 10 years ago!
A good location to walk, relax and also find something to eat, even if one is there just for a window shopping.
The service was the worst ever! We ordered an appetizer and then had to ask for our dinner order to be taken. My plate was boiling hot but the tortillas were dry and very tough. My husband's plate was cold and so was his food. We had to wait too long to get our check when we were ready to leave. We've been eating here since they opened and have always had great food and superb service, but after what we experienced today, we will NOT be eating here again.
This place is a ghost town. There are a few great shops but if you are looking for a mall, look elsewhere. The great thing is the ARL is located here but the walk to it is kind of depressing and a little off putting. However, enjoy the target and the other mainstream stores. This is a sad relic of yesteryear.
