Was visiting a friend. It's really a somewhat new business idea where individuals who have businesses can rent out office space. They are very accommodating to their renters with a full kitchen and even a liquor bar! It's cute, relaxing feel with nice seating areas. They also have an office dog!

Meeting space can be difficult to find as a business owner who works remotely, and Collaborate DSM perfectly fulfills that need for myself and my business. Their meeting rooms are affordable and offer privacy without distractions for conversations with clients and even video interviews. All in a professional setting! Also, Jackie is a joy to work with on scheduling and goes above and beyond to meet my needs. Thank you, Collaborate!

I attended the grand opening event and was blown away by the space. There are a ton of different office configurations and the common areas are gorgeous. It is the perfect spot for a small business to grow and I would be thrilled to invite clients here. Best co-working space in DSM by far!

This is an incredible opportunity if you are looking collaborative work space for your business. The facilities are first class and located in the heart of the Avenues of Ingersoll and Grand. Plus the owners are very engaged in the community and active in our West Side Chamber of Commerce.

We recently moved in to Collaborate DSM and are thrilled with the space. Our office is perfect for our needs, and access to the other amenities like conference rooms, collaborating spaces and fitness room have worked really well for us. Management is great to work with and the spaces are super modern and nicely laid out.
