If I could give negative stars for this fraud I would. He was not our realtor but instead was the realtor for the sellers of the house we bought. He was an absolute nightmare! I don’t even know where to begin... he increased the sale price of the home claiming there were other buyers and we were in a bidding war, despite putting an offer in before there were even photos up online. Would not negotiate an ESCROW for the sewer that needed to be replaced (13000$ At least until I put in cancellation paperwork), would not include radon mitigation even though the readings were 16+, was an hour late to our closing with no call or text and had horrible communication with us the entire time. Our realtor now warns anyone he works with about this guy. I would RUN from this fraud! I wish I could sue him!

Brandon and Twenty/20 Real Estate are wonderful. He made the process of buying and seeking our home super easy and stress free.nOn closing day, I was unable to make it so he brought the paperwork to my work (way out of his way) for me to sign.nHe’s a great guy and I would and will trust him in an future real estate purchases.

Where to begin with Twenty/20 Real Estate.. we used Brandon for our closing and he was so trust worthy I recommend him to anyone I know. He will always go to bat for you and bring tons of energy to the table especially to fight for what u want as a buyer or Seller. We are Blessed to have gone through our first home buying experience with him. Thank you Brandon and your family may your business continue to be Blessed.. Give him an opportunity you won’t be disappointed!!

Brandon helped us buy our first home five years ago and this month helped us land our forever-home. The process came with a lot of twists and turns, mainly from pushy buyers and unwilling sellers, but Brandon stuck with us through it all and helped us seal the deal. He has become more than just a realtor to our family over the course of five years, more as a friend as he keeps in contact outside of business, which shows how much he cares for his clients and wants to do well for them. I would not hesitate to have Brandon help buy or sell a home, as he’s done both for us well over these last five years. It seems the low ratings are from people who haven’t had Brandon as a realtor, so rest assured that he will work hard for you when he’s on your side.

I too wish it was zero stars. This Brandon guy is a fraud. We got a lawyer she was left scratching her head at what he wrote and left in voice mails. Going to court we could be dealing with the Brandon nightmare for over a year. We live in a different state and he is not worth that. Instead I am filing a solid complaint with the Iowa Board of Realtors, the Better Business and Glen Beck Reality. In our complaint we are only giving his texts, emails, and voicemails. I am relieved Glen Beck will no longer use him. Glen Beck does have another realtor in the Des Moines area.nRun from this guy....and don't for a second believe his write up on his website....the guy is a nightmare.
