Worked very well and professionally to get my partner into an apartment that we love. We have a dog and its still too much space for us. I would say we need more closet space, but there is a storage area outside that is perfect for the things we don't need in the apartment but needed to keep. Very reasonably priced and very happy with Caiti, especially.

Just moved into the Melbourne 55+ and we LOVE that everything is brand new and we're the first ones to live in this unit. We have a nice view and the apt is spacious with W/D and an island in the kitchen, tall ceilings and private balcony. Management has been very responsive and helpful from the moment I first walked in to inquire about the unit. With few exceptions, it's been nice and quiet.

From the beginning Leasing agent Abriana was the best exceptional help in explaining what Melbourne had to offer. I love the huge washer and dryer in the unit ceiling fans and a walkout door leading to a huge deck. I'm in the 55 and over living. The building has elevator and maintenance has taken care of issues in a timely manner. I highly recommend Melbourne and 55 and over living.

My husband and I love it here. We moved in the middle of December 2019 and so far it's been great. Love the convince of having the washer and dryer in the unit. Nice appliances too. Highly re commend the Melbourne 55 and better units.

I moved here in February and am happy I choose Melbourne. The leasing agent was so friendly and helpful during the application process and felt she worked hard to get me the best deal. The leasing staff and maintenance crew are friendly and the Hubbell work orders online app amazed me when maintenance crew showed up five minutes after I sent in a request for a minor kitchen issue. This is the view from my patio.
