I love living here! I recently ran into a problem with a parked vehicle of my son's and the management responded right away and helped me out. The staff went above and beyond to help me, when they didn't have to, nor was it their error but mine.nThe apartment itself is spacious and has numerous closets that are huge. I love the Owner's bedroom walk-in closet and the pantry in the kitchen.nSomerset Apartments also always has fun activities for the kids and contests to help make this a community worth living in.nI would highly recommend this apartment to anyone.

I was new to the Des Moines area and looked all over town, I chose to stay close to my new job, and while I must have gone to 20 or more apartment communities, it was Scott in the leasing office who listened to my “wants” in a desired location and called me up as soon as a unit became available (it’s not easy getting a view that doesn’t face a parking lot anywhere!)nMy greatest pleasure has been the prompt consideration of any inquiry by all the staff in the office that I’ve met. Heather and Deborah (I believe are the ladies I’ve spoken with) are equally responsive and kind. The pandemic has not deterred them from their attention to any concerns or questions. I might have. They even have planned non social events to try to make this a community from a distance. I am busy trying to plan my spring display for the photo contest now !nMy apartment is cozy and quiet and plenty of closet space too! I know there are children in my building but surprisingly, the walls are quite sound proof!nSo far so good for this happy resident !nRespectfully,nCynthia
