My boyfriend and I moved here with my son almost a year ago. I have absolutely no complaints! The office management is polite and personable. I love renting out the clubhouse for fun activities, the complex will arrange fun activities for all residents, and the pool is very child-friendly. I’m not the hugest fan of Norwalk itself, but Legacy Landing definitely is home ❤ufe0f.

Highly recommend. My experience with Legacy Landing has been top notch from the beginning. Maggie has been awesome in regards to getting back to me right away and fixing anything we need the same day. We actually asked for 2 things to get fixed and they had someone over right away. The apartments are super clean, feel new and have been a perfect fit for our family. Conveniently located right near the elementary school, but also close to lots of things.

I loved my time at the Legacy Landing. Maggie is a real sweetheart, and I will miss her. I had to move to a different area, and she lined up someone to take over my apartment so I didn't have to go down a more expensive route. You actually pay for the water that you use, and not an estimated water usage based on the communities water bill. The theater is very nice, so is the club house. It's very nice to have the grills, pool, fire pit, and patio all together in the center of the community.nnI will miss living here! I really enjoyed my stay.nnThanks for all your help, Maggie.

Parking is a nightmare. I’ve has to park on the other end of the complex because there are no spots close to my building. The property manager said that the buildings are less than two years old, but the appliances are outdated, my dishwasher rack was rusted out, carpet is worn to almost nothing, and the entire building reeks of animal. I pay almost $950 every month for the worst living situation I’ve ever had.

If you’re looking for a quality finishes, top notch amenities, and a safe/great community with excellent management, look no further. We lived at Legacy Landing for nearly 2 years and could not be more satisfied from move in to move out. Maggie and the maintenance crew made our time at legacy very accommodating. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking in the DSM metro.
