Joe is the quintessential professional and a realtor that knows what he’s doing and knows our market. Anyone can list a home, it takes a professional to sell it. For the start, Joe works FOR you and is focused on your needs when selling or when buying a home. Lastly, Joe knows the PEOPLE it takes to makes deals happen and who is a good fit. It’s important to work with someone that knows the industry, is respected in the industry and most importantly gets the job done in an ethical and positive way. I would recommend Joe for any real estate deal.

I have known Joe a very long time and found him to be an extraordinary human. I worked with Joe for many years and saw his interactions daily with his clients and anyone he met. He genuinely cares about his community and the clients he has. Joe is extremely knowledgeable of the Des Moines and surrounding areas and is a wonderful realtor.
