I rent from these folks. We fell on hard times, and they have been more than understanding with us. We have had a couple things needing repair, and they were fixed professionally and in a timely manner. One of the best landlords I have had over the years.

New to Des Moines IA and I have been looking for a place to live. I found a few properties around the area but when I call the property number I either get a voicemail or no answer. I called Roth Properties and was surprised to hear someone. I had the pleasure to speak with Alicia and she knew her business. She spoke very professional and she had all the answers to my inquiry of a property.
