The biggest issue was that monthly payment continued to increase because we shared in the building bills. Pool was always dirty. Be prepared to fight the snow in the parking lot.nud83cudf1f ud83cudf1f for a spacious living room/hallway closet and a back yard for the kids.

My husband and I have been living here for 6 years we started our family here and raised our daughter's here. It's a great neighborhood to live in, they have even add security maybe next they would add some security cameras. Thank you for turning this place around I have been seeing some major improvements and the staff are very friendly. Thank you for providing such an amazing place to start a family and watch it grow. I would definitely recommend to all my friends however there are still many improvements that need to be fixed such as noise complaints don't exactly get taken care of. (Update 09/05/20) The staff needs to work on answering the phones they claim to be open but no one answers the phone. I would go up there but I have 2 kids and with covid-19 I try to avoid putting my kids at risk.

I have lived at Grayslake apartment for 2 years now and I feel like I am at home staff is super nice fixs things in a few hours thank u for makes me feel at home

Excellent Location, Well Managed, Quick Response, and Resident Friendly Management. Highly Recommend this place!!nnMy wife have been living here for almost a year, and I moved here few months ago. Since the new management came, this place has been excellent for the residents. The management do their best in resolving any issues. They are open for suggestions to make the residents' experience better. This place offers Gym and pool access!nnSince the new management came, our rent went up by $25 dollars! If it does not continue every year, we're planning to stay here until we get our own house!!!!
