Only marking 1 so people will notice my post. If you're trying to withdrawal money from your EIP card. This ATM says there is a 3.25 surcharge. I declined, so I can't confirm if it's true. What I did is searched> How to transfer my EIP card to bank account. It's a little bit of a process because you have to create an account, they email you twice to verify it, then you input info such as name, address, phone, email, ending of social #, and bank routing info and woila! You have your transfer! You can thank President Chump for the hassle.
