Yes, they are busy. Yes, they have wait times. No, they aren't that bad, the waits are normal at any pharmacy! I am thankful for this team at Walgreens as they caught a drug interaction that could have sent me to the ER.

OMG WHY PEOPLE HERE IS SO SLOWWWW ALL THE TIME, I UNDERSTAND SOME CIRCUMSTANCES BUT ALWAYS??? AND UNFORTUNATELY THIS IS MY CLOSEST PHARMACY, I HATE TO COME HERE, I WILL HAVE TO FIND OTHER RESOURCES NOW, PHARMACIST TECHS SO FREAKING RUDE, HOPE WALGREENS ADMINISTRATION OR HOWEVER TRY TO IMPROVE THIS SITUATIONS!!!

Totally pathetic staff in the pharmacy!!! Script called in at 3:30 in the afternoon & the next morning at 9am they have no record of it??? Uh---just plain unacceptable!!! I know it was called in!!! Left an automated refill notice twice & both times it was never acted upon. Went to get it & it wasn't in the system!!! Totally broken system!!! Don't bother with this pharmacy!!

They are always so busy that you can tell them three different times you don't want a prescription. They never follow through.

The staff is friendly and helpful face-to-face. But if there is a problem with a Rx, no one informs you nor do they tell you how to resolve it, or when issues have been resolved unless you show up and ask -even when they have all your contact info.
