It seems like half the time their machines are broken and there are no humans on staff to help. I was trapped in the garage for 10 minutes after work because their busted machines wouldn't take my credit card or let me out and clearly there was no security and no employees there to help or override the system. Super unprofessional.

Great was easy to get to and when going to a festival it was close. And free. Makes a difference in going downtown on a weekend on a tight budget.

Prefer the lower 3 levels as they have wider parking stalls
