Our experience with Josephs was outstanding. Todd was there every step of the way for us, using his passion and expertise to help us refine the ideas and desires we started with into a final design that we absolutely love. My favorite memory of the whole process was a few days after our initial meeting. My S/O and I were discussing what Todd had taught us about ring materials and design, and narrowed our focus to a design we really loved. We planned to reach out to Todd with our thoughts only to find that he had already sent us a computer generated design that was our imagination turned into reality. I would recommend Josephs to anyone and everyone. Their excellent reputation stands true.

I came to this store a few years ago and purchase my wife’s wedding ring. The staff was; very polite, patient, and informative. The salesman was not pushy at all and made us feel like we were the only customer there. I also walked away feeling good about the purchase and price. Communication was excellent throughout the whole process. I have taken her ring in to be cleaned and inspected regularly and have always been treated the same as the day I first walked through their doors. I highly recommend Joseph’s, at least give them a chance. They seem to be able to do it all and have a wide inventory. Bring a picture of what you have in mind and if they do not have it they will probably have something close and would probably order it if they do not have what you are looking for. The relationship, follow through, respect and other little things that this establishment does for its customers/potential customers has earned them this loyal customer.

Josephs Jewelers is an amazing place to visit, wether you’re looking for something nice for yourself or something special for a loved one. I’ve been a long time customer and their customer service is one-of-kind.nA gentleman by the name of Todd Huebner, who works at their downtown location, helped me through three of the most nerve wrecking purchases I’ve ever made, more then buying my first house.n1. An engagement ringn2. A wedding band for hern3. A wedding ring for myself.nnTodd worked with me through the whole process, educating me on all three of those through the entire process. I never thought I would feel as comfortable doing so, until the Josephs staff made me feel like they were truly excited for my fiancée and me as much as we are.nnThanks again Todd, and the entire staff. I love Josephs downtown. They have a great selection and wonderful personal service. Everyone is friendly and will discuss styles and options. Everything i have ever bought here is great quality. Todd has come to know me and will point out quirky items for me which i always love.

Great experience working with Todd at Joseph’s downtown - he listened to what I was looking for and helped me to find the perfect gift. He even suggested something that I loved for myself and ended up buying! Great store - great people - and always going the extra mile for their customers! I’ll be back.
