Got my dad a watch for Christmas and it didn't fit. It had an expansion band so he couldn't adjust it himself and he really liked it so returning it or exchanging it was out of the question. Came here and it was adjusted to the correct size in no more than five minutes, free of charge! Quality place and quality experience! Highly recommend!

I took two rings that were bent and he fix them for free but I made him take $5 for a tip they did a great job and in fact I'm going back next week to have him look at a watch
