I love this place! I had never had my hair colored before and Lauren did a beautiful job and made the whole process comfortable and fun. The products smell so good and I love the vibe of the salon. Looking forward to my next visit!

This is the best salon in Des Moines, especially if you are looking for friendly service and an amazing balayage. The vibe of the salon is chic and stylish. Lauren spent a long time on my hair and gave the best advice. She answered all my questions happily and provided me with tips for taking care of my hair. This salon is a bit pricy but it is quality work! I will be returning to this salon as long as I am in the Des Moines area!

I have a big trip and my mom offered for me to get my hair done before I left. I wanted to go blond, and I showed my stylist the pictures of the honey blonde hair and natural brown roots I was going for, and she said she could do it. I had already light brown/blonde ends so I didn't think it would be that difficult to achieve. However, immediately after she finished blow-drying, my hair was darker then it had been when I walked in, I lost my blond pieces I had originally had in my hair, and I had purple streaks and an orange tint. I washed it aggressively when I got home trying to get the purple toner out. After a week and the purple had faded, but my hair was still a light brown/orange. We called to see if they could fix it, and the great customer service set me up with an appointment as soon as they had available. There seemed to be a mix up in what was the problem with my hair color, but when I got there I met with my stylist and the owner/manager of the salon and they shared what they thought would be best to fix it, and then went from there. In the end they did an AMAZING job and I am so SO happy with my hair. I was going to give it one star before I went back to get the color fixed, but now since they had great customer service, and were able to fix my hair before my trip, I am giving this place 5 stars.
