I have been shopping with Aarons for years in several different states. This location is one of the best! I have never had any issues with them. The two biggest things I see people get mad about when I've been in the store is usually about their payments or delivery. 1. pay your bill or at least try to pay something on it and 2. they are not delivering pizza so you need to be flexible. Everyone I've referred has had a great experience when I give them those two tips. Thanks Aaron's!

Won't use them again. They lie about deposit and they won't verify information. Filled out application last week was told information would be verified that day. Went in yesterday to pay our first payment and girl never did the verification. Called today to make sure it was done still not done. So taking our business else where.

This has been nothing but a mess since I’ve ordered from here. I asked several times about my total cost per month before even signing. Delivery was two separate times, my bed is broke and they call to get a payment and ask if anyone has came to fix my bed yet, I say no then they say we will find a time for someone to come fix it. Still no word from anyone. It’s not even fixable for one. And this last time around Christmas I was out of the country, called in to make half a payment. I assumed a late fee obviously but amount or how many were never disclosed over the phone call. They took over half the payment technically then when I called in to make the rest of the payment it was for over half the rest. Trying to say it was a prorated amount for next month when next month is not here yet. All the rep would say is it’s in your contract. Well I’m sure it is but I don’t get out my contract every time I call. Could have the common courtesy to let you know that. Severely lacking in the customer service department not to mention the quality of furniture I have isn’t really worth the money. Really considering sending it back and buying somewhere else.

I had placed an order 2 weeks ago for a washer and dryer they said it would be here at 5pm today......yet right now it is 8:05 On still nothing. Not curtosy call or anything. I called them right before they closed at 7 and they assured me that it was on the truck and just running late . I was about to leave a 1 star review until their delivery with Rick and Roberto came through at 9pm. These guys are on their game and down for their job! I am so impressed. Thank you Aaron's for employing great guys and I hope you pay for overtime.
