Worse experience I ever had. I when through a different location with no problem. I call the location I was going through and they didn't know where my file had went and why I wasn't at their location anymore. Everyone at this store is rude. I work 12 hours shift overnight and sleep during the day on the day my payments are due they call me about 17 times a day and even call my mom. My stuff is about paid off and I only have about 6 payments left. They wanted me to make 2 payments at one time and when I call to pay 1 payment that wasn't good enough. I was told that they were coming to get my stuff if I didn't make another payment. They are crazy.

Took in my laptop that I got through a different store, to see how to get one thing figured out. They said mine was old and it might better serve me to update ie to a new one.

Worst experience I have ever had with rent a center. I have had 5 precious paid in full contracts with rent a center with no issues. Moved to this side of town and was told having over 1000 left after paying my rent wasn’t enough money to rent from them. Not to sure when rental standards became so high! Oh and the store manager is very rude and won’t explain how their qualifications work and said it’s her choice to rent to you or not not a set guideline! Not ok!
