Been with sprint for over 3 years now and I had gotten a new phone the iPhone 11 Pro Max and returned my old phone and a down payment of my new phone as well and sprint is now charging me of a “ no return service charge” when the old iPhone was returned.nSucks to think we’ll be leaving sprint real soon !!nDon’t waste your time and the employees that day couldn’t even remember if they shipped phones back to the warehouse or notnSurprisingly idk how they’re still there “helping”
I got great service and a great deal last time I was in the store. Everyone was very polite and eager to help me with my needs. I'm sure the deal I got they could've given everyone, but they made me feel special and took the time to help me get everything set up including my Wi-Fi in my car that I got for free!
