Overall amazing experience. Ian was absolutely fantastic. Such a great conversationalist and made my time there fly by. He helped me move from one service provider to Verizon with absolute ease. Which I feel has never once happened in the 14 years of owning multiple different cellphones and carriers.nnThank you again Ian. I had an absolutely outstanding experience at Verizon yesterday. I worked with Ashton and could not be more impressed with how she handled everything. I was switching providers and she was able to walk me through every step of the process. She was extremely knowledgeable about my new device and most importantly made the whole experience fun. Would highly recommend going out here for all of your cellular needs!!
