Took our insurance and business elsewhere when they required that we place a credit card on file for them to charge as they see fit and refund after insurance pays. NOPE NOT gonna happen. Our insurance pays all but about $20 every couple of months and we paid our bills immediately for years. Anyway husband got a brand new machine and supplies and no credit card needed elsewhere in Grand Forks.
Helped me get parts for my hand controls for my vehicle. Very knowledgeable and great at keeping contact along the way. Also took care of things quickly. I was impressed!
DON’T BUY SUPPLIES HERE. After making 2 payments they sent my bill to Collections. I made a $150 payment and 10 days later they sent it to Collections. I only owe $150 and I was just about to pay it when I got a late night call. I spent days going back and forth with Yorhom and even though they are in the wrong, they won’t pull it back from Collections. At first they claimed I never made the previous payment and said that was why. But, when I told them repeatedly I had paid at their location and had a receipt, they changed their tune. Still refused to stop the collection. What horrible people. I’m done with them. I’ll buy my thousands in supplies elsewhere.nnOriginal: If you want to be sold things you don't need, this is the place to go. When I come here I tell them Exactly what I want/need. When I go to pick it up they slip extra equipment in the bag (that I Don't need/want) and try to send me out the door. Look at your receipt. Don't make a $300 mistake. Also, they charge the full price to your CC before insurance is even processed.(they make you sign an agreement) Who has $1,000 just sitting around. When the insurance is going to pay them. Then wait for a month for them to reimburse you????
