I LOOOVVVEEE KIM SHE IS MY GO 2!!!! She is the best!!!! Love u!
I went with 2 other people got us in quick, Kim was super nice but the other lady was not. I gave a tip and the lady wasn’t happy at all, she said “There’s 3 of you there should be more” technically I didn’t have to give her anything but I was being nice. She was just plain out rude.
I have been coming here for at least 10 years and the customer service is hands down amazing! Kimberly does my nails most of the time and she is so sweet and attentive to my needs and my requests as a customer. The other staff are also very kind and welcoming!!! I highly recommend this place if you are looking for great nails and eyebrows, paired with great customer service!! Thanks for all that you do!!!
Older lady was pretty short with me. Tried saying shortening my acrylics would cost more until I inquired. Wasn't allowed to sit back and relax, was directed how to sit and was met with sighs.
Highly recommend! Great staff and always friendly no matter how busy!
