I have been here twice and both times they have all been so friendly and professional, and whenever I book an appointment they are always on time. I will continue recommending this place and continue coming back! New favorite! :)
I have had very bad manicures here. I got a gel manicure which was very bubbled and uneven and had to go get it fixed. Recently, I went in to get another gel manicure which was all good except for my thumb which bubbles right away. So I went to get it fixed. The guy who fixed my nail was not wearing a mask during the mask mandate and did not use gel polish. He used to wrong type of polish so now my nails are both bubbles and have mis matching polish. I don’t think I will ever get a manicure here again.
The nail artist did nothing to my cuticles to prepare my nails even more for acrylics. For a first time I had hoped there would be cuticles pushed back and treated, full coverage of the acrylic nails, and not a plastic tip under the acrylic. Some were crooked and thick while others were thin and straight.
I got a dipping powder manicure and the nail tech took great care of me! Always asking if I was okay, and honestly it’s the first experience where my nails didn’t ache/throb afterwards. I sat next to another gal getting an ombré design, and I noticed how much attention to detail each nail tech had. I highly recommend and I will likely become a regular client!
