I absolutely love this place!very friendly,professional. Malati is amazing and she does a great job. I come every two weeks and get my lashes and eyebrows threaded and it looks great every time. The prices are very affordable as well. Malati really cares about her customers. She makes me look and feel beautiful everytime. I am so happy i found this place! Highly recommended her❤ufe0f❤ufe0f

I shouldnt have give this place any stars. I came in last week for a new set of eyelashes. One of the tech does it very good. And before she start on my eyelash i told her DONT PLACE IT TOO CLOSE ON MY EYELID, because it will hurts me badly. After she got them done. I feel ok at that time and i waited the next to see if it hurt me. And it did. I called in if she could removed and redo them. She told me to come in. And after arguing with her she wouldnt fix them for me and she blamed on me for it. Not everyone's skin and eyelid tge same. She called her boss idk what the heck she was saying to her boss. Turn out she only take out free for me and not fixing my eyelashes. I spend 30$ for not even worth the service. 30$ isnt about the price is about the service that they give to customers. I work at the nail salon so if a customer walkout with a service that they feel unsatisfied. The next day they come back i will redo the service. Unlike this place. For those who will come to this place watchout for this... Bad service and not professional

I have an eyelashes extension yesterday. And some of it fall of within the next hour. I called in for a fix and the owner told me there's will be a charge. Im like WHAT!!! I just have it done last night and there's a cost if i come in for a fix.

I enjoy coming here but my last experience was bad. I usually go to Malati but this time I was in a bit of a hurry so decided to go with the tech that was available. She did such a bad job - I had to stop her mid way because I just knew she was going to leave my eyebrows messed up if I didn’t. My skin also broke out because she was being unsanitary. I definitely recommend coming here but only if it’s for Malati. She does an awesome job.

I am new to the Des Moines area, and this woman does amazing work. She took as many safety precautions as she could, she didn’t treat me any differently due to being blind, and she didn’t grab me and tried to make me move around and instead gave me verbal directions. Not only were her services incredibly cheap, but she gave me a free perfume oil, to boot. It smells lovely, for the record. I can’t recommend her enough.
