Terrible! Never going to a great clips again! Messed up his hair completely, school starts tomorrow and self esteem is really important especially when in high school. We went to a different great clips to get it trimmed and make it look better. Showed up 3 minutes late and didn’t let us in just to trim it. Wish I could give it a 0 star rating. I’d honestly rather have a 5 year old cut my hair.
I have gotten my haircut at the Great Clips on Army Post Rd. for over 25 years. The stylists there are all very friendly and do a great job cutting my hair. They are also in total compliance with the CDC guidelines. They all wear masks and require all customers to do so as well.
Kari was great. She listened to what i wanted and gave a great cut on a Sunday. Nothing better then that.
