Cayla , a manager of some sort, was incredibly rude when I was in and had met with a notary to try and open an estate account I am a co-executor on. This place will never get my business and Ill do my best to make sure no one else I know goes there. I dont even want to give it one star.

I live in Ankeny, I have to drive all the way to Des Moines to get my money from an ATM. The ATM is temporarily closed all the time. #NotCustomerService

Everyone was kind and pleasant. I was immediately greeted. My wait was less than 10 min. Maria Valdez was wonderful banker. Very helpful and Considerate of my time. Thanks for being great help. Keep up the good work everyone.

Not very many Bank of Americas around my area , and Ingersol had the ATM TAKEN OUT for drive through? Why?? That's ignorant and VERY INCONVENIENT
