Great service. Nice personnel
20 years, 20 years I've been using the SW 9th location. So you changed names, AGAIN, so what. Thanks for changing ALL of the account and routing numbers NOW! I have scheduled deposits going to MY ACCOUNT, but it no longer exists, it's now your account with my name. ALL of my records are GONE. So much extra hassle, so many problems, so much wasted time, shame on you.

I would give this bank 0 stars if i could. WELLS FARGO is better than they are. I tried switching over banks they canceled my transaction and then charged me a fee of $32. So now I can't even switch over. Literally the worst bank chain in town put your money somewhere else. It's not surprising they have so many bad views on Google
