I absolutely love this little gallery! I always stop by when I'm in valley junction and I'm not sure I've ever left empty-handed. The local art is all so beautiful and interesting, and everyone is extremely friendly and helpful.

The shop was celebrating its 5th anniversary when I visited and it also had a wonderful art installation by Mary Kline-Misol called The Suffrage Project featuring portraits she had painted of several of the women that were important in bringing about women's right to vote. I didn't know that was there before I went but I really enjoyed looking at it and I actually bought the catalog which reproduced each portrait accompanied by a short biography of each woman. The clerk was friendly and helpful without hovering. The shop was just immaculate. Items were displayed to good advantage, well lit without glare. If you're looking for Iowa Artisan jewelry, this is where you want to shop. It just felt like I was walking through a magical place.
