Had a 1500 hour appointment arrived an hour early.nBeen waiting 3 hours for a phone call to get into a dock. Don't even enter the facility find the phone number and make the call and park on the street.nMake sure you have plenty of time on your clock.nTwo and a half hours to get a door. Loading will probably take just as long. We'll see. Expect the worst hope for the best.
When you arrive you have to pull up to the office and call the number on the door. Super packed when we arrived and had to go to a truck stop and wait for a call. Recieving was very nice and worked with us since we were about to be out of hours. We were originally gonna take our 10 at the truck stop but they called us about 30 minutes - 1 hour later and squeezed us in. Very nice people and had us unloaded pretty quickly.
Was told I had a 0700 appointment but it seems when they open at 7am and you have to call in, it becomes FCFS. Still waiting for a door at 1134. Told it shouldn’t be much longer at 0908. Usually Lineage is quick, but this location is not like the others.
I enjoy not having to go inside to talk to anyone.
There’s an evil woman working in that building. She is rude as can be and hangs up on people. If she can’t handle her job she needs to be fired. Customer service at that entire place is unacceptable.
