The Staff went above and beyond to help me find and lease a very nice 2 bedroom home in the Redwood Community. Our house had sold, was closing quickly and my husband was out of state on business! I was on a tight time frame but the ladies at Redwood expedited the process of locating and leasing our new home to us in record time! Thank you and a huge shout out to Amber and Tammy for excellent service and assistance!

Move in was easy and the apt is beautiful! Had a couple of minor issues that were fixed right away. Ken the maintenance man is quick and efficient. Very friendly and professional. Have been here a month now and still love it!

Was very pleased to get a new microwave when the one we had blew an internal fuse the second time. We thank Kent for taking care of everything for us and for the whole staff for being so courteous. Thank you again!

There was a small hiccup with the place I was to move into but the staff quickly made things right and resolve the issue so not to cause impact to me, as I was already dealing with a lot. Very kind ladies and happy to be a resident here at Redwood!

Kent is great. I thought it was the ceiling fan light but it was actually a dead light bulb. I try to make things simple when anyone comes to my house to repair or replace anything. Kent wear a mask and we social distanced from each other.
