Corelogic ( a local rental screening company) is the hurdle stopping so many from rentals. Why do I say this.....well they use partial info as a deciding factor. If anyone had a good cause to fight against an F.E.D., and won....the system they use shows you as a bad person for a rental UNLESS they pull the details from court records..they don't want to pay for court records so they reflect the NON payment information to public without the ACTUAL details. How can they legally do that to people in our city? More homeless people are the results
