Overall pretty great bank, just wish it didn't take over half an hour for the call center to pick up. Haven't had a moment where they picked up at all. :/

We have had 2 mortgages and a car loan through this amazing place. Nikki Schmit helped us and these people really look out for you. They got us better rate and cut our mortgage length in half! They truly listen and do ALL they can to work out a winning situation for you. I will always go there first. Much better than all the big companies fees and such.
Opened an account online after reading this is a good CU. Been trying for days to reset my password but when I call in it is always a very long wait. I just give up and will keep my account open but go to another CU that is available to assist customers in a reasonable call in time for my business.
