I waited over one hour to talk with pharmacy about a prescription refill ... the numbers in my prescription didn’t go through the automative phone service, as it was filled at a different cvs( I assume)!. the front desk was of NO help.... with the quarantine in effect I shouldn’t go into the store .., I’m at a loss for words over the craziness at this cvs pharmacy ; with the crisis unfolding it’s understandable that there maybe added delays , but surely not waiting over one hour on the phone ; this particular cvs has gotten worse with customer service over the last year... I haven’t found this to be the case when I go to the cvs in Az.... Good Gravy .... seek some help or let the customers know that delays In answering the phone may take up to an hour...

Put in a prescription a week ago. Never heard anything. Tried all day to call them but no one answered the phone. Called the cashier to relay the message. Got a call back from a snarky lady and then proceeded to tell me I have B+ and it’s not covered. I tried to explain to her that is not our insurance. We’ve had the same insurance for years and she was just snotty. Now I’m one day of being out of my meditation and need to go somewhere else because I would not do business with a facility that has people like that dealing with customers. Unbelievable.

Fast, friendly and knowledgeable pharmacy staff who work quickly to get you on your way. The drive thru makes this store super convenient for those times you don't feel like leaving the comfort of your car.

Too many mistakes with accounts, prescription cost always different, rude when there are any sort of issues, Always acts like you're irritating them by being there. Never fixed a small problem though asked several times to.nI haven't found a CVS that treats customers right yet.
