I recently used Walls Medicine Center for a COVID-19 test facility. The complete process was very simple to follow, their staff was very pleasant and explained what was going to happen and how long it would take to get the results back. They made a tense situation as comfortable as it could possibly be.

I couldn't be more pleased with Wall's! Everyone was helpful and pleasant and made me feel like I mattered. They went above and beyond and I will tell anyone and everyone how wonderful they are!

Staff is always welcoming and cheerful. They are great at answering all questions you may have. Have been going here for years and will not switch pharmacies! Excellent customer service. A+++++

I've gone here for a while now and they definitely DON'T follow what their website says about doing everything they can to help people get their medications and treating us like family! I've never had such a bad experience till a cpl days ago I talked to some man on the phone I'd never talked to before and he never mentioned his name but was very rude and not helpful at all! I've been out of my meds that I'm not supposed to quit taking because of going into withdrawals my dr says and as pharmacist they should know this. Something went wrong with my insurance it wouldn't cover 3 pills a day only 2 and a half all of a sudden and the pharmacist knew I had been out and needed a refill I just left my dr and he sent my script to walls thru escript and they were just very unhelpful and lazy and insensitive they told me they needed a prior authorization and that would take at least a week!! They never even tried or explained another option they said they need a new script from my dr only but he was gone for the week. I know they have their rules but this man wouldn't even let me talk to someone else I had been talking to earlier about this and he was being very short insensitive and completely unprofessional! I felt like I was talking to a random person who didn't even work there cuz he didn't know anything and he didn't even take the time to ask or see if there's anything else we could do to speed it up so I don't have to be out of my meds for at least another week! Oh ya and on top of all this I even offered to pay for my script in cash so I didn't have to wait days for them to contact my insurance cuz I have a feeling they're not even gonna try or take time to figure this out I'll have to keep calling them everyday but he said I couldn't pay cash for it since I do have insurance!! He should not be working at a pharmacy or be allowed to be in any control over people's medications cuz it's important and they don't care or understand how some ppl need their daily meds to get thru a day. Very shocked and disappointed with the lack of help from them in a serious situation like this!
