We were having problems with substantial heat loss with our existing fireplace (built in 1932). Darrin @ Heartland Hearth helped us with installing custom made new super-insulating fireplace doors (which are also beautiful), an external chimney damper on top of the chimney and a chimney extender, which all work great and have allowed us to use our old fireplace again without causing our heating bills to go through the roof.
Owner is great to work with.. knows his stuff. This I your go-to place for your hearth needs
