Was a resident here the internal grievance process was ok, the treatment facility was ok randy was a great councilor. Release was expeditious. The background check was faulty while incarcerated here the background check led me to be maliciously prosecuted in the state of south dakota. Failure to disclose pending active warrants! Prior to release. It was iowa dept of corrections staff to inform inmates of pending cases and warrants. This lack of information lead myself to believe i was a free man as i was not informed as kther inmates prior to release were allowed to be transferred to counties with pending cases or take care of thwm through correspondance! Please see my profile and other reviews as i have several photos of what this caused by not giving me the same opportunities prior to release !!!
