We recently bought all new kitchen appliances for our house in Essex. Denise helped us find a nice set in our price range that was in stock. Two days later Bobby and Robert delivered all 4 to the house, got them in without a single scratch despite older, narrow doorways (impressive!), and professionally installed everything just how we asked in only a few hours — no mess. Top notch service, start to finish.
I was more than satisfied with my washer purchase and installation. I will return for new dishwasher soon,ud83dude09.
Erin was very helpful in replacing my Kenmore fridge. Bobby and Jake delivered and set it up. They were very friendly, fast, efficient, and careful. They made sure everything was okay before leaving. Absolutely excellent customer service. We're very happy. Thank you!
Very good experience when we purchased a new washing machine. Erin and the other sales lady really helped us with choosing which one would work best for our needs.nBobby and the other young man, were very adept at their delivery services. Bobby showed us some things we needed to keep an eye on, concerning our water connections. They even did the prewash to clean out factory fluids.
They are nice when you’re buying a $1600 refrigerator, but when you have a problem it’s “I’m sorry, I don’t know what to tell ya”.? She even suggested a different repair company that was “cheaper” than Sears, ha. What a joke, no wonder Sears is going under. I will not buy anything here again. They get -negative stars!
