One of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Kept putting her hand in my face and said that it was my fault that my medical bills and various other mail was lost. Her name was Charae and I recommend avoiding this location and save your time and go to the East Grand Forks location. The worst Post Office I’ve ever been to.
Mailing a package and it gets to it's destination fast. Receiving a package from anywhere and a snail from that same location could beat the package to your doorstep.
I was mailing a package for the first time, the lady working was very helpful and polite. I’m quite happy with my experience!
Whenever I ship packages they are very polite and helpful honestly it’s usually the other customers who ruin my experience.
The phone number for this location absolutely does not work. If there is a way to talk to someone at this location via phone, I have yet to find it. It is frustrating and unnecessary and I just want a simple question answered. Two seconds. Why is there no working phone number? (Number listed does not work)
