I have always had a very pleasant experience when visiting the motornvehicle department. The people who don't come prepared are the onesnthat have trouble! And of course, its somebody else's fault!
Very friendly and helpful staff. They have a nice system in place to still assist customers during COVID
I just don't understand how such a dysfunctional office can still be working.nnI don't get why it's so hard to have a phone queue. Every time I call them, the line is busy, and I have to try again later. The problem is that they have phone calls every day, all day. I have been trying to call them every day for the past week and have had no luck.nnThat's not to say the office doesn't suck either. The workers are rude and the lines are excessively long. This is a terrible office.
I don’t know why there’s so many bad reviews. I found the staff really helpful and there was no problem in getting appointment and getting the work done.nnN. B. From outside you may think it’s just a church as there’s no other signs except church name. But when you enter you will find it’s a mall where’s DMV, WIC etc
3 stars because the phone is always busy and you have to call to set an appointment up thanks to this Covid-19 garbage. Other than that not too bad. All the haters and people that complain are just here for that. To complain. Tag offices nationwide are slow and stuff takes time. Get over yourselves.
