Absolutely terrible service a utility company should not be run like this they all need fired and same as other people there was no notice posted on my door yet I was charged multiple times for that we deserve better

My household gets paychecks every 1st and 15th of every month. So when the end of the month bill comes we can't pay it until the first. If we're two days late from when it's suppose to be due we get a shut off notice instantly. We've told the office and nothing. I have a 8, 6, and almost 1 year old in the house... it's very frustrating.

Was charged a 15 dollar late fee for posting when nothing was ever posted to my house. I don't understand how you can be charged for something that never happened. When explained to the city office they did not listen and did nothing to rectify the problem. Poor service.
